We offer email hosting for your company. This customizable hosting is catered for by our hosting packages ranging from 10 emails to unlimited pop3 emails.

If your company has more than 10 employees we offer  a cost effective solution for your firm with unlimited pop3 email a/c under the platinum hosting.

We also offer several Email management tools on the server. These include ability to add, remove and configure email quota's for users under your domain.

You can also view read your email from the server using web based applications. We offer three different varieties of applications for your choice of preference. These include squirrel  Mail, AT Mail Round Cube and Horde.

They'll often provide email software to read the messages as well, or you can use your own email client with their service (eg. Outlook, Outlook Express or Thunder bird, Eudora)

When accessing an email account through a desktop email application such as Outlook Express?, the email application will require specific information about that email account.

We offer an an auto-configure options to attempt to automatically configure your email application. If the available options are not compatible with your application, you will need to use the Manual Settings information to configure the application.

For medium and large organizations we prefer a local mail server in your organization. We provide services of setting up a local mail server in your organization. We mainly configure: Exchange server for windows server, Squirrel for Linux server and Mdaemon as local mail server.

The advantages of having local mail server is that local mails are delivered locally and are delivered faster than when the are not local. This also reduces the traffic on the internet.
